Door Supervisors
Alpha Omega Securities Limited can provide smart & professional door supervisors for any event, at any location and for any time duration- short or long term. We are an ISO 9001 2000 registered company which includes the BS 7960 quality standard for door supervisors – a standard we have to achieve each year in order to retain it.
Our male and female Door Supervisors are all vetted to the BS 7858 standard helping us to ensure that we will only supply reliable, trustworthy and presentable people. We are an Approved Contractor for the Security Industry Authority.
There is no end to the type of sites we can cover, from licensed premises to a full concierge service for prestigious events. We will work closely with you to ensure maximum protection for your business, property or premises.
Our Door supervisors Code of Conduct is as follows;
- Supply time sheet for the benefit of both parties.
- Incident book in the interest of legalities that may arise and any incidents must be reported to management.
- All door supervisors are SIA registered.
- Uniforms or dress code requirements to be arranged by management of licensed premises.
- No door supervisor will be allowed to carry weapons.
- Any door supervisor having any involvement in drugs will be immediately dismissed.
- Physical force will only be used as a last resort.
- Familiarity with customers will not be allowed.
- The door supervisors will not consume alcohol whilst on duty and not be under the influence when signing on duty.
- Any personnel employed by Alpha Omega are covered by the company's insurance of public liability.
- In the interest of public relations, we offer a relaxed and friendly approach to our duties.
- No swearing, eating or smoking while on duty.
